Q. How long will it take for my order to be processed?

A. As you can appreciate, we produce your products especially for your business needs as per the specifications provided. Once you have received your order confirmation, the manufacturing process begins. 

We will aim to have your order completed in accordance to our current production time, which may vary.

You will receive an email when your order has been collected by Australia Post for delivery. Your order will be shipped as per Australia Post delivery times. For more information on the estimated delivery times, please refer to our shipping information.

PLEASE NOTE: During our peak periods production times may differ due to the volume of orders received. While we try our best to accurately represent this on our website, it is variable on a daily basis.

Q. What type of materials do you use?

A. Our flexible signs are made from Promeg, an extruded polypropylene incorporating the highest standard of mechanical and environmental integrity. Resistant to moisture and chemicals, it is 100% recyclable and Australian made.

Our fencing signs are manufactured from premium 5mm Corflute plastic.
They are lightweight and durable and have excellent chemical resistant properties. UV Stabilised for an expected outdoor life up to two years depending degree of exposure to sunlight and general weather conditions.

Our EZ floor decals are extremely durable, resistant to high traffic areas and rated R11 slip certification. The revolutionary scratch resistant low-tack adhesive is perfect for indoor smooth surfaces like wood, metal, plastic laminates, tiles and even short-pile carpets. Our floor decals are easy to apply and remove providing the perfect indoor floor signage solution.

Q. Do you make custom signs?

A. Yes we do, for any custom signage requirements please email us at hello@courtneysigns.com.au and one of our customer service specialists will be ready to assist. Please note there is a minimum order requirement of 40 pieces.

Q. Do you have a guarantee on your products?

A. Courtney Signs strive to provide you, our valued customer with a quality product and service. If you receive your product and it is not as described or not what you ordered, we will gladly address this as per our return policies.
